Here we present a portable digital thermocouple thermometer for differential temperature measurement. This instrument comes with a lot of functions such as: different thermocouple types, minimum, maximum and hold function. Important feature is the differential temperature measurement even on surfaces which have different ground voltage potentials. With the interface convertor and the software, you can even connect it to the computer
