This thermometer offers the best accuracy versus price. It comes with a fixed probe, calibrated to the instrument. Liquid/air sensor or a model with core temperature needle probe is available. The GTH175/PT-K has the high temperature probe and cable (250 degrees Celcius), much liked in bakeries and other food industry applications. The price of the complete instrument is lower then most manufacturers temperature probes!
