How do I order?
 Simply look through the site and note the order codes that you find in the price box at the bottom of each page. Then go to the order form and type them (exactly) in the order code field. Click the quantity select button. The description should now automatically follow. Fill in the rest of the form and click the 'Send your order' button.

I always get the message 'Item not found!
Probably you misspelled the order code (e.g. zero instead of 'O'; use capitals), though we may have made mistakes, please E-mail these to us.

I still can't fill in the order form.
 Print it, fill it in and fax (+32 3 665 38 02) or mail it, alternatively, use your standard order form.

What happens after I send you the order?
 We will contact you within two business days to confirm the order or ask for extra information. Please contact us again if we failed to confirm your order within this time. After we have received your payment, we will process and ship your order (give us 1 or 2 weeks).

How do I pay?
 By standard bank transfer. We believe that the costs of card money transfer are OK for buying a book or a CD, but to high for these kind of goods. We do not want to go deeper into the security aspects.

How can I be sure that I will receive what I have paid for?
 The simple truth is: You can't! But we wouldn't stay in business long this way. Only if you return for new orders, we will be succesfull. If you still hesitate, contact us, we will work something out.

What If I ordered something wrong?
 Just send it back (at your costs) in its original packing. This return policy as the following conditions: maximum one (1) item of each order code, within eight (8) days after receipt, only standard items (not custom made).
If you want a larger quantity of something you don't know, we recommend you order only one the first time.

What are your banking details?
 You will find them on the order confirmation.

What about tax and import duties? Transport costs?
 They are not included in the price and if they apply to you, they will be charged for separately, either by the shipping company or by us.
